"I just wanted to write and say how happy I am with the results we had in using Building the Kingdom to find someone to replace our air conditioning. We were given the name of Kevin Bock, located in Alta Loma, California. We called for an estimate on what it would cost to replace our air conditioner that we had had for 15 years. Kevin came out on a Thursday, gave us three systems to choose from with three different prices. He also pointed out the ones that offered a rebate. We made a decision, and he was out the very next week to install it. I was very impressed with Kevin and his professionalism, and his credentials. I knew that I could trust him and what he was telling me. When I came home from work during my lunch break, I was impressed that he had laid tarps on my carpet to protect it. Even though the job took two days, after the first day they hauled away the old system and swept the garage. They didn't leave a mess!
After the inspector came a few days later, and left a list of things he wanted to see done, Kevin came out and addressed every item to satisfy the inspector. He also told me he would contact me in a year to change the filter, and have it serviced if I wanted it done. I have confidence that my air conditioning unit will last many years to come with his service and care. I would highly recommend Kevin Bock to all my friends. I also received a 10% discount because I got his name from Building the Kingdom. Thanks BTK, I'll use you again for my future home improvements."
